We represent severely injured persons and in the event of wrongful death family members left behind .
We are different from nearly every other lawyer because we are committed to more than advertising in Duval County. Hector not only practices law in his newly renovated 1930s brick building situated just two blocks from the Courthouse but, Hector ranches in Duval County with his father, mother, wife and three sons.
Hector's Great Grandfather, Martin Rangel, was a ranch foreman on lands now owned by Canales. His Grandmother, Elvira Garcia, was born on the ranch and his mother was born and lived in San Diego through early elementary. His Grandfather, Abel Garcia a native of Realitos, Tx was a Duval County Deputy Sheriff in the Parr era. His father and Grandmother, Dr. Cleo Garcia, in December 1960 purchased the first 175 acres of what is now 10,000 acres of prime Duval County brush country. Hector has represented numerous Duval County residents and businesses including the infamous Dr. Garcia "Gold Coin Case". Hector and his family love the land, heritage and people of Duval and all of South Texas.
We can help you navigate mineral / royalty disputes as well as surface issues including easements, condemnation (eminent domain), right-of-ways, trespass, partition, sale, assignment, deed conveyance or any matter involving your property rights.
